Private Coaching

Mimi Stuart has successfully coached students who have booked nighttime television roles, national television commercials and print campaigns, Broadway shows, movies, educational industrials, and gained acceptance to Laguardia High School (The Fame School), Professional Performing Arts School, and The Professional School. In addition, Mimi has coached students who have been accepted to NYU, Columbia, Purchase, and other top universities.

Mimi coaches children and adults of all ages (starting with babies).

Mimi also specializes in dialect correction, specific accents for roles, and coaches for auditions as well as during the rehearsal process.

Another specialty is coaching to meet with agents and managers, what to wear, what to say, how to read cold copy, recommendations of photographers, resume advice, choosing head shot and comp. card photographs, as well as guiding people to the right agent and/or manager.

Some of Mimi's students have recently booked roles playing: Susan Sarandon's daughter's best friend in Enchanted, a nationally released movie, a national Sprint commercial, The Public Theatre's Shakespeare In The Park, Nickelodeon Television, PSA for NYC Teachers, national Wendy's commercials, commercials and print for Dora The Explorer, etc.
